This article will show you how to edit an order, including how to order more/less of a product on your order, remove a product from your order, and add a product to your order.

Viewing your orders

1. Click on the Orders link in the left hand activities navigation
2. Find the order that you want to edit and click into it

Note: Remember that the order needs to be green for you to make changes.

Ordering more of a product

1. Click Edit Adjustments
2. In the Customer Adjustment column, enter how many more of the product you would like to get
3. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page

Example: If I want to order 30 Chocolate Chip Cookies, but my starting order is only 20, then I would enter 10 next to Chocolate Chip Cookie in the Customer Adjustment column.

Ordering less of a product

1. Click Edit Adjustments
2. In the Customer Adjustment column, enter a minus sign and the amount fewer you would like to get
3. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page

Example: If I only want to order 1 Banana Nut Muffin, but my starting order is 5, then I would enter -4 next to Banana Nut Muffin in the Customer Adjustment column.

Removing a product from your order

1. Check the box next to the product you do not want to order
2. Click the Delete Checked Items button at the bottom of the page
3. There is a pop up box that comes up to make sure you want to delete the item, click OK.

Adding a product to your order

1. Click Add Items
2. In the pop up, check the boxes next to the items you would like to add to your order. 
3. Click the Add Items button.
4. On the order, enter the amount you want to get in the Starting Order column
5. Click the Save Changes button

Tip: You should see the total amount you want to order shown in the Units Ordered column after clicking the Save Changes button. Use the Units Ordered column to make sure your order looks right after making changes.
