This article will explain how to access, edit, and change your order template.
Accessing your order template
- Click on the Orders link in the left hand activities navigation.
- Click the Templates tab.
- Click Edit to the right of the template information.
Editing your order template
- Find the product and the day of the week you would like to edit.
- Click into the box for that product for that day.
- Enter the new amount you would like to get regularly.
- Edit quantities for all products and days you would like different amounts for.
- Click the Save Changes button.
Adding products to your template
- Click Add above the order template.
- Check the item you would like to regularly buy.
- Once you have selected the products you would like to add, click the Select Products button. New product will appear at the top of the template.
- Enter amounts for each day of the week for the new products.
- Click the Save Changes button.
Deleting products from your template
- Find the item you no longer want to buy regularly.
- Check the box to the left of the item name.
- Click Remove above the order template. This will gray out the item.
- Click the Save Changes button.
Applying template changes to open orders
- Click Apply to Open Orders on the top right of the order template.
- Select how you want to update the orders. If you want to update the orders with all the changes you made, then check Add, Update and Delete.
- Unselect any open orders you do not want to apply the template to.
- Click the Update Orders button.
- A pop up box will appear to make sure you want to update the order(s), click OK.
