In this article, you will learn about the interactive worksheet. You will understand how to record production data, which you will have for any food you prepare in your store. You will also learn how to record waste data, which you will have for any fresh food item that you throw away in your store.
Navigating the worksheet
Click on the Enter Production & Waste step in the left-hand workflow navigation. Here is an overview of the worksheet:

Tracking production for products you make all at once
- Leave the worksheet populated with the Production Expected amounts
- After preparing food for your store, update the Production Actual for that product by clicking the + button or by clicking into the box and entering the number
Tracking production for products you make throughout the day
- Click clear above Production Actual
- Click the OK button in the pop up box
- Each time you prepare food in your store, update the Production Actual for that product by clicking the + button; click the + button for each time you made the product
Warning: Make sure you filter on the products you want to clear the worksheet for if you track production for both products you make all at once and products you make throughout the day. Otherwise clicking Clear will clear the entire worksheet.
Tracking food waste
- Each time you waste food in your store, update the Waste Actual for that product by clicking the + button or by clicking into the box and entering the total amount you wasted
Tip: Use the - button to decrease the amount you enter if you accidentally hit the + button too many times
Closing production and waste records
- Click the close button above Production Actual
- Click the OK button in the pop up box
- Click the close button above Waste Actual
- Click the OK button in the pop box
