Using Support Services

Customer support is available for every Supplyit user and handled entirely in-house. Live customer support is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

  • Live chat: Log into Supplyit and click the chat widget on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. A chat window will open. Type your question and hit enter.
  • Support ticket: Go to the Supplyit login page and click Support on the top right-hand corner of the screen. 

    1. Click the SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET button

    2. Enter your contact information

    3. Select what you would like to do from the drop-down menu

    4. Complete the fields that appear when you choose what you would like to do

    5. Check the ReCAPTCHA box

    6. Click Submit


  • If this is the first chat with Supplyit on your computer, you will be asked to enter your name, email address, and phone number. Then click Start Chat to type your question.
  • You can also find answers to common questions, troubleshoot problems, or learn more about how to use Supplyit by using our Knowledge Base. Supplyit’s Knowledge Base is on the Support page, which you can find by clicking Support on the top right-hand corner of the Supplyit screen. Use the search field or scroll through the menu to find articles that can help you.
