Supplyit's enterprise service & support ensure the platform is configured to reflect each customer's unique foodservice program and operational requirements. 


Core Services

Monthly Core Service Allowances (up to 5 per category unless noted)

  • Food Program Production Plans

Production plans are managed through Supplyit TimeTables, which organize products by time slot and use forecasts to drive daily production planning 

  • Retail Product Configuration

Full setup of retail products, including vendor/ingredient setup, recipes, station reports, and store templates

  • Prep Label Product Configuration

Adding or updating prep label products across applicable stores

  • Nutrition Entries

Entry of nutrition data from a provided nutrition fact sheet (calculation not included/must be copyable)

  • Product Label Design Changes

Changes to existing labels

  • Pricing Updates

 One coordinated pricing update per month across multiple products and locations


Additional Service Fees

Requests exceeding the monthly allowance or outside standard scope are billed as follows:


$50 per item

  • Prep label product configurations
  • Prep label designs


$100 per item

  • Retail product configurations (new or updates) 
  • Nutrition entries (new or updates)
  • Nutrition calculations (new or updates due to  vendor ingredient changes) 


$150 per item

  • Location setup (+ applicable month printer license fee)
  • Retail label designs
  • Additional pricing updates

A single pricing update includes setting prices for multiple products and locations in a single coordinated request. Additional requests or revisions are billed separately.


$1,000 per program

  • New food service program configuration


Project-Based Work

Work outside the scope of standard services—such as large program rollouts, custom configurations, or new feature implementations—will be scoped and quoted separately with a detailed Statement of Work (SOW).
