If you experience issues with the label printer, there are some quick fixes that can get the printer up and running again.

Resetting a paused printer

1. Click the pause button on the printer to resume printing any items in the queue

Resetting the printer after a paper jam

1. Open the printer and clear the paper jam
2.  Click the pause button on the printer to resume printing any items in the queue

Resetting the printer after it ran out of paper

1. Open the printer and load label paper
2. Click the pause button on the printer to resume printing any items in the queue

Resetting a printer with a connectivity issue

1. Turn the printer off and unplug it
2. Plug the printer in and turn it on

If the printer does not reconnect, try resetting your modem. If it still doesn't connect, there could be something wrong with the printer.
