If you are experiencing issues with the label printer, try some of these quick fixes first.
Resetting a paused printer
Click the pause button on the printer to resume printing any items in the queue
Resetting the printer after a paper jam
Open the printer and clear the paper jam
Click the pause button on the printer to resume printing any items in the queue
Resetting the printer after it ran out of paper
Open the printer and load label paper
Click the pause button on the printer to resume printing any items in the queue
Resetting a printer with a connectivity issue
Turn the printer off and unplug it
Plug the printer in and turn it on
Note: Try restarting your modem/router. If the printer will not connect after restarting the network modem/router, toggle off the Printing button in the Planner to track production manually and contact your internal IT Helpline.
Zebra Indicator Lights Reference
Guide customers through checking the indicator lights on top of their Zebra printer (left to right):
Power: Green (On) / Red (Off)
Pause: Yellow when paused
Data: Blinks when receiving data from the internet
Paper Out: Lights up if attempting to print without paper loaded
Wi-Fi: Green when connected to Wi-Fi
(Under normal operation, only the Power and Wi-Fi lights should be green)
