Override Status Constraints

Overview

Allows a supplier location to add an order to a date when the existing orders are no longer open.  This alleviates the need to change the order status back to open to add a missing template order or a new special order after the orders have been processed or closed.


Navigation

Location Console > Orders > Add Orders > Special or Location Console > Orders > Add Orders > Template


Options

Select Override status constraints to generate a new order for dates with orders that are already processed or closed


                                 



Best Practices

  • Daily Reports should be generated again to account for the changes.
  • Advanced Production accounts should replace work and requisition orders to record correct usage values.
