Supplyit users who know what their current password is can change it to something new. If you forgot your password and need it reset, you will need to contact a user from your company that has a higher permission level than you (district manager, office personnel at your supplier, upper management employees within your company) or Supplyit support.
Before getting started
- You must be logged into Supplyit to change your password. 
- You must know your current Supplyit password. 
Changing your password
- Click your username that is displayed on the top right-hand side of the screen 

- Choose Profile from the drop-down menu 
- Under Current Password, enter your current password 
- Under New Password, enter the new password you would like and confirm your new password by entering it again under Confirm Password 
- Click the Save Changes button 
Note
All passwords are case-sensitive. They must be between 6 and 50 characters in length and contain a combination of letters and numbers/symbols.
