Flexible Support to Keep Your Foodservice Program Current
Supplyit's Managed Services simplify the ongoing administration required to keep your food service program current and properly configured as your company's needs evolve.
Our team acts as an extension of your organization, completing configuration, maintenance, analysis, and administrative work within the Supplyit platform. This reduces the need for your employees to learn complex configuration processes or dedicate internal resources to ongoing platform administration.
Managed Services can support a wide range of needs, including:
- Adding and updating products
- Maintaining pricing and costs
- Creating and modifying product labels
- Entering nutrition information
- Adding and configuring new locations
- Updating product offerings
- Making changes to forecasting parameters
- Training users
- Reviewing reports and operational data
- Managing users and districts
- Creating workflows and documentation
A More Flexible Managed Service Model
Supplyit's Managed Services are transitioning from fixed allowances for individual configuration tasks to a flexible monthly pool of service hours that can be used across all eligible service categories.
Our goal is to align each customer with the service level that best reflects the size, activity, and complexity of supporting their food service program. All Supplyit customers are required to participate in a Managed Service program.
For new customers, Supplyit will recommend an initial service level based on the number of locations, catalog size, number of food service programs, and the complexity of how those programs are configured across locations. After the initial two-month period, customers may request a service-level change once every six months.
Benefits of Managed Services
- Flexible use of hours across multiple service categories
- Access to experienced Supplyit configuration specialists
- Less administration work for your internal team
- More predictable monthly costs
- Support that can scale as your foodservice program grows
