There are times that you may need help with things that are directly related to your kitchen or your delivery. These issues could include a late delivery, adding products to an order after your ordering cut-off time, getting special instructions to a delivery driver, etc. For these types of issues, you need to call your kitchen for help, not Supplyit support.
Before getting started
Using the directory
Click Home on the top right-hand corner of the screen
Click the Directory tab
Some kitchens post messages that include phone numbers and email addresses for specific departments. Click Home on the top right side of the screen and choose the Messages tab to see if your kitchen has posted a message with additional contact information.
