Adding a New Item to My Work Order Template


Any new item that you are producing in-store can be added to your work order template if it is a product that is already available in one of your account catalogs. 


Before getting started

  • If you use the Workflows navigation menu, click Activities under the menu on the left side of the screen.


Adding a product to a catalog in your location

  1. In the menu on the left side of the screen, click Administration and select the Catalog tab toward the top of the screen
  2. About halfway down on the right, click + Add
  3. From the Catalog drop-down, choose the catalog that the product should be in
  4. Change the Category drop-down to the category the product should be in or change the drop-down to (Any) and enter a keyword from the product's name
  5. Check off the product to be added
  6. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen

Note

If the product that you want to make is not available to add, then it could already be in the catalog in your location. Follow these steps to check.

  1. In the menu on the left side of the screen, click Administration and select the Catalog tab toward the top of the screen
  2. Change the Category drop-down to the category the product should be in or change the drop-down to (Any) and enter a keyword from the product's name
  3. Click the green Apply Filter button on the top right side of the screen
    • If the product is listed in black, then it is already available to add to a work order template.
    • If the product is listed in red, then you need to click Edit to the right, choose Active, and click the Save Changes button.
    • If the item that you are trying to add to your work order template is not listed and is not available to add to the catalog, please contact Supplyit support for assistance.


Adding the product to your work order template

  1. In the menu on the left, click Orders and select the Templates tab toward the top of the screen
  2. Choose Work
  3. Click Edit to the right of the template that you would like to add a product to
  4. Above the products listed in the template, click + Add 
  5. Check the product(s) that you want to add
  6. Click the Select Products button
  7. Enter the order quantities from Sunday through Saturday
  8. Click the Save Changes button


Note

Products added to the order template will not be included on the open orders that have already generated. Use the Apply to Open Orders link toward the top right side of the Supplyit screen to add the new products to open orders.
